Als Fleischverarbeiterin bzw. Fleischarbeiter zerlegst du das Schlachtvieh (die Schlachtung wird meist in spezialisierten Schlachthöfen durchgeführt) und richtest das Fleisch verkaufsgerecht her oder verarbeitest es zu Fleisch- und Wurstwaren weiter. Du häutest und entblutest die Tierkörper, entfernst die Innereien und zerlegst das Schlachttier fachgerecht.
